My Story
From Burnout
to Balance.
"I wish I had learned this earlier. So I decided to share it — starting with kids, for free."
I'm Sai Teja — an engineer, entrepreneur, athlete, and now a yoga teacher. I hold a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University, and today I run Digistrive IT Services, a digital marketing agency with clients across the US.
Sports shaped my early years — badminton at university level, volleyball, swimming, kho-kho. A shoulder injury ended that chapter, so I turned to the gym and rebuilt my body over a year of strength training. But muscle was never the whole picture.
I'd been working non-stop since childhood — building 14+ products and prototypes, launching my own sugar-free flavored milk brand, then closing it when it didn't work out. A rough breakup followed. Then years of 10-hour days, no weekends, building Digistrive — even after losing Instagram pages we'd grown to 147K and 1M+ monthly reach. I hit a real low.
So I took a break and went to Rishikesh. Six months of yoga, pranayama, asana, anatomy, Ayurveda, meditation, and healing — and for the first time, I felt genuinely happy, peaceful, strong, and grateful.
Now I want to give that gift forward — starting with children, for free.
